Our Commitment to Quality

What really sets Rippler® lures apart from similar fishing lures is our attention to quality. During each step in our manufacturing process, we pay attention to the little details that other lure manufacturers might overlook—because sometimes it's the little things that make a big difference in lure performance.

The Rattleleg® System

The Rattleg® system surpasses all other rattles in sound, durability, function, and performance. Tests with hydrophones prove that no other rattle system comes even close to the sensitivity and sound of the Rattleleg® system. The rattles are connected to the lure by a strong but flexible filament that takes the shock of encounter with rocks, docks, and stumps without breaking and provides for the rattle to "sound-off" at the slightest movement. Add to that the ease of changing skirts and having plenty of room for a trailer of any type without interfering with the "bite" of the Gamakatsu® hook makes this the rattling lure of your dreams.

Rippler® Rattleleg® Jigs and Rippler® Rattleleg® Spinnerbaits have a patented rattle system protected by two United States Utility Patents. The Rattleleg® Jig is further protected by one United States Design Patent. More information can be found on our intellectual property page.

Lure Finishes

All Rippler® lures are painted with a minimum of three coats. A primer coat, a base coat and a clear finish coat applied by airbrush ensure that you will not have to break paint out of the eye of the hook. This attention to detail helps keep the paint from "popping" off as much. There are no paint edges as on commonly dipped lures, so your fishing line will not receive undue wearing at hook eye.

Rippler® Skirts

All skirts sold by Rippler® Lures are 100% silicone rubber that will not "bleed" or melt in your tackle box. You may choose from any of our 15 skirt colors.
